Reese Homes

We had a pool cage installed by Reese homes. Steve made recommendations which we weren’t too sure about but are very pleased with the end results! Steve knows what he’s talking about! Our existing cage was old and Reese homes took that down one down and our new one was up in a matter of days! I love my new cage and it’s absolutely beautiful! It’s my tropical oasis out there! Highly recommend Reese Homes!

Reese Homes listens to what you want. Brings your ideas to fruition. Love the details to the smallest things, those things you don't even think about. What I liked more than anything... I could come to Steve and say, I was thinking is it possible to add or change. He would somehow make it happen. I would not hesitate to use Reese homes for a remodel or new build. The detail is what brings him to front of all other builders. We have hired him a second time to build a new 3 car garage.

Reese Homes did a major renovation to our kitchen. Steve, the owner of Reese Homes, went above and beyond to ensure all the work was done to high standards. All the subs were extremely polite and professional. Everyone who sees the kitchen and had been in our home before the renovation are astounded at the transformation. The workmanship is above expectations. We are extremely grateful for Steve and his team for their dedication to ensure a high quality product.

Do Not Do Business with Reese Homes or Steve Vardaman. Talks big, delivers little. More stories of why he didn’t do anything while you keep paying him for contract changes. Two years later and we finished. Steve tried to work down what he owed us and after a second chance to do what was right … he just didn’t bother. He takes on new business deposits to complete current jobs. This man is not trustworthy.

I cannot say enough about Reese Homes! They were referred by another local home builder to remodel our kitchen and upgrade our outdoor living space. The design plan was very well thought out and functional. In the end I am glad I listened to their advice regarding the project. I had a vision for what I wanted but we made some changes and I could not be happier with the finished product! Steve and Reese Homes have made this very tough year stuck around the house truly enjoyable! Between my upgraded kitchen and new outdoor space I don't even miss going out to eat!
