Very disappointed with agent Samantha from the Three Rivers Office. We were looking for specific information from a listing in Hallock, MN. We were trying to get information long distance from where we lived in Texas. Her VM was always full and messages left were not answered. We finally contacted her broker and a day later did receive a call back. During the course of us buying house, Samantha (Working for both owner and seller) continued not to be responsive in a timely manner. We bought house site unseen and were shocked at items not listed on the disclosure statement. Front steps (Big liability issue ) were rotten, Garage door inoperable) even though were working when family removed snow mobiles from the garage. We plan on filing a complaint with The Minosata State Board of Realators a

Reed realty tried to rip me off but lawyers were brought into the equation. Buyers and sellers beware.
