We recently worked with Dave on a land purchase offer and he has been wonderful. He is knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. Dave took time to communicate with us even during deer hunting (that’s a big deal! IYKYK) and has helped offer his help in so many ways. We live four hours away and his local expertise has been invaluable as well as his willingness to help us find properties from such a long distance. We are currently still looking for that perfect piece of land but we’re so thankful to have found a realtor like Dave to help us with the process.
