Reed Park

I do not recommend living at this property. The conditions were consistently unsanitary and poorly maintained, and it often felt like cleanliness and basic upkeep were NOT a priority. Throughout my time there, the property managers showed very little concern for residents’ well-being, comfort or safety. Our car was broken into multiple times throughout living here. Our bike was stolen from our front door. Its not a good place to live at all. For the price and the stress it caused, this place was absolutely not worth it!!! I’m relieved to have moved out and hope future residents have a better experience. There is also NEVER hot water, they expect you to boil water and add it to the tub to bath your kids. Its negligence and incredibly irritating living here. We gave 21 days notice to leave,

I have loved living here so far! I really appreciate the large common area for walking my dog, and having two laundry rooms is extremely convenient. Maintenance and management are very responsive and quick to fix any issues. I just renewed for another year here and look forward to continuing to live at Reed Park!
