Reece Homes

We have lived in our new Reece Home for 5 weeks, and are thoroughly enjoying it. Working with Reece Homes has been a great experience. The staff were all very good to work with. Their professionalism showed in everything they did, not to mention how good it was to interact with them. They really strived to listen to what we wanted and did what they could to make it happen. The subs they used to build the home are true artisans. There have been a few minor warranty items we've asked them to resolve, and they have been more than cooperative in resolving those issues. And I can't say enough good things about their assigned superintendent. He always went out of his way to deliver on what he promised. I highly recommend Reece Homes.

We have been in our Reece home for 2 years, and absolutely love it. Brian was great in helping us get started with the process, and was the best of any builders that we talked to, in answering any questions and concerns. Julia was a delight to work with during the design process, and we loved working with Mike during the build. This was not our first build and we knew concerns would arise. Mike was quick to respond and correct any of our concerns. We’ve had many compliments on our home and we love to tell people it’s a Reece home!

Buyer beware! We loved our home initially. However, after being in the home for just 5 years, there are noticeable quality issues. Most of the windows are clouded and can’t be opened without the hardware breaking. In addition, within three years of moving in the roof began to leak. It was discovered that the builders put tack strips down over the finished roof to do some additional work on the gables. Now we have water damage in a bedroom and in the attic that they will not repair. Buyer beware!!

Reece Homes has been a nightmare to deal with. Their work is subpar on everything in our home…..from the doors not being painted on every edge or top or bottom. To windows not being able to lock completely. It’s been less than a year and our concrete is missing chunks and cracked as well, not to mention our exterior paint looks faded and dated. The interior paint is just as bad, multiple cracks are in our cabinets and walls.Along with them installing the wrong fireplace mantle in our living room. It was an up charge for it to match the vent hood. Beware of low quality!!!!
