Redwood West Jefferson

After dealing with car break-ins and even a stolen car at my last place, moving to Redwood in West Jeff has been such a blessing. It’s the perfect distance from Columbus — close enough for convenience, but just far enough from the “ruckus.” From day one, Megan has been so kind and helpful, and maintenance is quick to respond. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and full of friendly faces — I love seeing kids playing outside and neighbors saying hello. I’ve never felt so safe or happy in an apartment community before. You’re definitely getting what you’re paying for!

OCT: 2024 I have been living here for a month now and it’s the best! The office and staff are super attentive. The units are spacious and beautiful and it’s been a great experience! Only downside is you have to pay extra to rent a washer and dryer! FEB 2025: Winter update! Still love our apartment, and the staff! .... but the winter cleaning so far this season has been pretty terrible. We were under the impression our driveways would be cleaned and salted, and we have had to buy shovels and do it ourselves every snowfall as they are -minimally- cleaned. Also, the complex roads are a sheet of ice every day. After snow or rain it takes DAYS for the roads in the complex to be as clear as the main roads and my car has slid numerous times when trying to leave the complex even though I drive

Our move in day was 2/5. Megan went above & beyond to welcome us to the neighborhood! I don’t know who put these apartments together but they are genius! Thought of everything! I look forward to living here at RedWood West Jefferson!

After living in a typical apartment for the past 11 + years, Redwood is, hands down, a different experience in the best way. For the 6 months prior to moving to West Jefferson, Megan walked us through every step, from the initial tour to move in day and is always so gracious and supportive.

Redwood West Jefferson was a pleasure. Safe, quiet, new neighborhood with well designed apartments that felt like a home. The staff there is amazing and extremely helpful.
