I received a cold call from Mr Ali's company, Redwood Realty Inc. Normally I don't pickup calls from numbers I don't know but something told me to this time. I am profoundly happy that I did because I am a new home owner and had not remotely considered refinancing so soon (less than 3 years) after having bought my home. Mr Ali walked me through the process; the pros and cons of various strategies of refinancing. I told him that my current priority is a reduction in monthly payments. I was able to save over $600 a month as well as nearly $10,000 in immediate savings secondary to a 2 month hiatus from mortgage payments. Mr Ali made good on his promises and was polite, professional and competent throughout the process. I highly recommend this gentleman.

Working with Redwood Realty was a breeze! My agent Ali explained all my loan options up front, and allowed me the time I needed to choose what loan was the best fit for my family. He provided me in writing what I was going to get and 3 weeks later I was signing my final loan docs which matched exactly what he quoted me up front. Business called me with unsolicited marketing calls despite being on the federal do not call list. Clearly this business is incapable of following federal regulations and should not be trusted with your mortgages.

I had a very pleasant experience working with them. They have a wonderful family atmosphere when you walk in as they are a family owned business, Ali sat me down and explained everything to me clearly and I received an awesome rate! I would definitely go to them again and I recommend them to all my friends.
