Our experience was fantastic. Olivia was so amazing from the very first minute we walked in the leasing office and sat down to walk through our options and available units. She went above and beyond to make our move easy and smooth. The condition of the unit was fantastic and we love the interior and modern updates. We highly recommend renting a Redwood Property.

Our family enjoyed our time living here. We thought the neighbors we met were nice and friendly. And everyone liked how quiet it was. The people working in the office were really nice, helpful and thoughtful to us. The Maintenance guys were very good, prompt, respectful and kind. The Location is okey-dokey. It's great for walking for your health or with your dog. And living close to a hospital wasn't too bad.

Even when my smoke alarm (as always...) waits until after midnight to loudly chirp every 30 seconds for no reason, Hunter again showed up within 15-20 minutes of my call and replaced the faulty alarm in his usual professional and friendly manner. He's a keeper.

Olivia did a wonderful job making our opportunity to apply easy! Touring the apartment was a pleasure! Everything met our needs and desires. The rental price was satisfactory since this apartment was exactly everything we wanted!

This is a top shelf luxury apartment living experience. Our home is 1,620 sq ft. It has a private driveway that leads to our 2 car attached Garage. The unit has large walk in closets, huge walk in pantry,private patio on the water.Top of the line granite countertops, and finishes throughout the homes. The neighborhood is very quiet even while being conveniently located near Interstate 65. The maintenance team responds immediately to a resident request. The front leasing office is amazing, Megan has been very helpful always with everything, very responsive,even set up auto pay with ease , was provided refreshments in the office from there stocked fridge.
