Redwood Grove City

It’s a beautiful place. Our tour went well but we had trouble with the lock. We liked the apartment. Lot’s of room. Good location and price. It needs a little upgrade to match other places.

Im not a resident, just want to put that out there to start. I planned on being one until this morning. We had a tour scheduled and were there about ten minutes early. We decided to go into the leasing office to see if we could tour early. The door was locked, we were there during open hours, and just stood there awkwardly. We then were greeted by a woman who walked to the door, unlocked it, didnt say anything, didn't look at us, nothing. She was on speaker phone talking to someone and couldn't even be bothered to say, "hi, I'll be with you in just a second". Like your entire job is to.entice me to live there right? I said hello and didn't get a response. I just turned around and we left. Fully intended on signing a lease and everything just wanted to see the place first but was so off put

I would not rent from this group again - ever. As a returning renter the fees were supposed to be credited back (once I was charged and paid them upfront), however they did not credit back the full amount and then when I asked for the refund had the nerve to tell me I had gotten all of the credit. I'm pretty capable at basic math and they are wrong. Appear to be a group with no integrity, no reasoning and just not nice people.

The community is a welcomed community in the Columbus apartment rental game. Bettina has been a gem to work with thru my inquiry stage. I've begun the application process. I am able to give you so many reasons that Redwood GC is the place and haven't find anything yet to discourage me from wanting to move in after I sell my house.

I took part of the self tour. They offer 3 floor plans but you can only walk through one. The place is very well done. The community doesn't offer a lot of parking for visitors and there's no community room. Over all it's seem pretty nice
