RedStone Place

I truly don’t think 5 stars does Redstone justice. I have loved every minute of living in this building, and was so pleased at how affordable it was for everything it has to offer. Pete (landlord) and Peggy (building manager) have been incredibly dedicated and attentive to our living experience. Pete responds to emails within minutes of me sending them and is very helpful. Peggy is always available for any immediate and on site questions, and is such a joy to run into throughout the building. You can’t find a better location in the city, especially for working young adults. My roommates and I have had to force ourselves to go do things outside of Lawrenceville because everything we would ever need is right at the end of our street. We had a great experience at Davison Square Apartments! The building is clean and quiet, and any maintenance issues were always handled quickly and effectively. The location is perfect for being able to get out and explore. The landlord, Greg, was always attentive and handled matters efficiently. I love living at Davison Square! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Lawrenceville. The parking lot, walkways, and outside stairs are well maintained during the snow and the common areas inside the buildings are clean. The building manager, Greg, is friendly, considerate, and helpful! On the rare occasion that something needs to be fixed, it is done almost immediately. My unit is comfortable and quiet, and overall I am so happy I chose to live here.

I moved to Davison Square in September 2018 and couldn't be happier with my decision. The building overall is extremely clean, quiet, secure, and well maintained. The apartment itself is very spacious well kept. Parking lots are very well maintained and no issue finding a spot to park. No issue with neighbors and everyone in the building is friendly. The building manager is absolutely amazing. Always willing to help with any type of service requests and responds immediately and all service requests are fulfilled either same day or within 24 hour period. Great location, decent pricing (considering the current market), and a very clean, quiet, and well kept property. Off street parking lot included is a huge perk in Lawrenceville. Management and maintenance are very attentive. I had no issues during my 16 month lease.
