Redstone at SanTan Village

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Derek, the maintenance man at Redstone, Santan Village Apartments. He’s an absolute pleasure to work with! He’s always on top of things — making sure units are ready for us when we need to get in for cleaning, drywall, or painting. He’s super reliable, professional, and always willing to lend a hand. My team and I really appreciate how he’s always available to open doors for us when we’re working in the amenities so there’s no time wasted. Derek is a big help and truly makes our jobs easier. Couldn’t ask for a better person to work with!

I would give zero stars if possible. My sister lived there until December 2025. I'm her guardian, she has a TBI, so I arrange all of her finances, health care, etc. In November we found out she had stage 4 colon cancer and would need placement post her surgery. I sent notice to the office at Redstone letting them know we would need to do an early termination of our lease. I had the apartment cleaned, through the company they recommended, and turned my keys in on December 1st. I paid December & January per the lease for early termination and was notified there might be other fees I would need to pay. Despite her having a medical condition that required her to go to assisted living, no compassion, but it is what it is. I receive a call from a "Concierge" billing company telling me I owe for

Hello, I’ve lived at Redstone at San Tan, a Mark-Taylor property, going on 2 yrs, ready to renew my lease again. I’d like to give a big shout out to entire staff, office, maintenance. Leasing office staff 👍, Kendra, Erin, Courtney, Jiovani, are openly friendly, efficient w processes, answering questions. Derick 👏Ulises⭐️, Oscar 👍, Micah. 👍. 💯 These guys are always so kind, polite, professional, respectful. They greet you w a cheerful friendly wave, open/hold doors. Are professionally dressed in clean company attire, w name badge, are on time for maintenance appmts in my unit, listen, pay attention to details. They also arrange for food trucks, bingo, fun events for tenants. Come take a tour w property staff.

These are apartments are nice and clean. Rooms are sorta small but manageable at the same time. Managers are communicative and also address any issues quickly. Maintenance Miguel is awesome very friendly also handles any issues you may have. He and his team helped me move a table and I’m very grateful for that (it was very heavy). But yes I approve this place.

Ulises did a great job with the plaster work in our bathroom! He was very thorough and went above and beyond with communication throughout. And he’s always smiling - great job, thank you!
