Redstone Apartments

Management is horrible including the owners. They are not professional! The owner called my friend and threatened to evict him because they said he didn’t have a lease. RUN DO NO RENT HERE! They have mold and never fix anything! The toilet has been broken for months and there was a leak in the ceiling and still hasn’t been fixed! HORRIBLE SLUM LORDS!

I’ve been living here for 2years and I’m not going anywhere the new managers are awesome and the work with you also very quiet.. love theses apartments.

This apartment complex is very unreliable I have been waiting for my apartments in September. Now that they have new staff they are refusing to rent my me my apartment and refusing to give me my security deposit. Do not take your family through this turmoil is not worth it. It is December and I'm still not in an apartment and they refused to give me my security deposit due to staffing changes. Been 1 year and then still haven't refund me my $500 deposit they have on record I gave. Then come to find out someone was living in the apartment I was promised. It's going to be easy judgement when I take them to court.

Love the vintage styling it still has inside and out gives off a awesome 70s vibe ! Thank god they havent turned it into another ugly cookie cutter new apartment complex ! Lived hear in the 80s and now me and my kids live hear and it looks the same ! Its freaking awesome so many memories . Great place quite,safe,afordable, not filled with karens and kens.

For the last month or better the apartments have been under new management and since then the new office lady has really been making an genuine effort to fix things.About 2 weeks ago she knocked at all residents doors asking and writing down all maintenance issues and since then her and the main maintenance guy have really been making a big effort to fix things.I see both of them walking around all day actually showing care and concern to make this place better and seeing this gives me hope of an improved complex.
