Disappointed. Our yard is now mud because of fumbled sprinkler/water/lawn management. They are very slow and even unresponsive with communication at times. They lied about the roofing fees being including in the HOA fee and are now creating a separate (non disclosed) roofing fee so that the housing values don’t take a hit when potential buyers hear the fees are constantly increasing. On more than one occasion I’ve been unable to access my own driveway because of the negligence of the snow removal team (AFTER having asked the head of the HOA to ensure it didn’t happen again.) Why am I paying for these companies to make my life harder?!

More concerned with their own bank accounts than actually doing good for the community. I have a grading issue causing my neighbors water to collect near the foundation of my home. When I asked the HOA to correct the issue to prevent any damage to my home, I was threatened with a substantial fine.

Absolutely worst HOA ever. Has no desire to help any one in the community but their own pockets. Do not use them! They have made many promises and have kept none of them.

Looks like i'm not the only one who strongly dislikes Dixie Kramer. One of the most laziest people I've ever witnessed. Already had negative thoughts about buying a HOA home. But this HOA and Dixie are just terrible. Lost all the paper work. She should be fired immediately

I have be really impressed with Dixie and Redrock HOA Management. As a property maintenance business owner I have seen her do so much for the HOA's we maintain. She has clear communication between myself and the residents within an HOA. I have talked, emailed and texted her over the last several years and there is nothing she won't do for her properties. Dixie is a superwomen and that's the best way I can describe her. She goes above and beyond to unsure her properties are well looked after.
