Redpoint Raleigh

I’ve been living at Redpoint since I’ve started at NC state going on 4 years and everything is perfect! It’s a great experience living here, rates are lower than any housing I’ve seen. It’s at the center of everything while still being 2.5 miles from campus and feeling like a resort. the staff is always nice, especially Anna she’s always trying to make you feel welcomed! Maintenance is always quick to fix any work orders the only way it might take more time is if they need to order parts but even then they are always on top of it. They host tons of events at the clubhouse, my favorite is Halloween movie night and Friendsgiving. The pool is HUGE and always nice on hot sunny days. I would continue living here after I graduated if I could.

Very inclusive community with great amenities and fair housing prices for what they provide. The front office has great staff who helped make navigating my preferred layout very simple and easy, all while showing incredible kindness and patience. I would 100% recommend checking Redpoint Raleigh out if a strong community and spacious apartments is what you’re looking for. P.S. the pool lives up beyond its hype!

for starters I want to say that redpoints location is fantastic. It’s close to state campus, close to the football stadium, and close to RDU. Unfortunately that’s the only good thing about redpoint. I know that it’s close to all three of those spots because I would constantly be avoiding my own house and going to one of those three locations. “Management” if you can even call it that, it truly the worst. If you’re looking for comparable service you might as well go to the DMV, and honestly they would probably be more helpful. The houses themselves are absolute garbage. They’re made from two toothpicks and some great value pizza rolls. While I lived here for a year, my water was off multiple times, the wifi was off for almost two weeks, the AC broke three times, and god forbid they fix any

I had an excellent experience living at Red Point Raleigh. The property management team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about creating a comfortable living environment. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with great amenities like a fitness center, pool, and study areas. Location-wise, it’s perfect—close to everything you need, from dining and shopping to public transportation. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues, and I appreciated the consistent communication from management. The community here is friendly, and I always felt safe and well-cared for during my time there. I highly recommend Red Point Raleigh to anyone looking for a high-quality, convenient, and well-managed living space. It’s truly been a wonderful experience!
