If I could give zero stars, I would. Living here was like living in absolute hell for a full year. I moved in September 2024, and while things seemed okay for the first couple of weeks, the place was filthy from the start. I should’ve taken that as a warning. When I moved in, I had to clean trash out from under the kitchen sink. Wrappers, bottle caps, pistachio shells, random garbage. There was a visible gap between the cupboard and the floor. Every time I swept, I pulled out what I thought was wood debris. Nope. Mouse droppings. A neighbor confirmed she’d caught mice in the building before. I set traps early on just in case and saw no activity for a while. Then in April, I saw a live mouse running outside the building. I immediately called management multiple times. No answer as usual. I was driving past one of the redpoint properties and saw a for rent sign. I remember hearing from friends who used to live here a few years ago that the management is impossible to deal with and treats their tenants like garbage, but I really liked the building and location so I decided it would be worth it to check reviews first to see if anything has changed. To my surprise, the reviews were overwhelmingly negative. Even more concerning, one of the milder reviews had an incredibly rude and unprofessional response from management, which seemed to cross the line by attempting to dox the tenant. I am choosing to remain anonymous for personal reasons. Overall, if I could give this property 0 stars I would. Trash was left in my unit upon move-in, my carpets were old and stained, the only appliance that worked were my sinks. I chose to stay due to management's politeness and apparent sincere deprecatory behavior. Management apologized upon move-in, but no action was taken for a long period of time. Management was near impossible to get ahold of, and when I did finally reach them my concerns were either minimized or I was blamed IF the maintenace requests were resolved. My advice for entering into a lease with this company is to document everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, and possess a very low standard for living--as in, don't care about proper heating or air conditioning, functional

apartment is great but they straight up lie about amenities and maintenance is horrible - kind of seems like their job is to make sure NOT to fix anything. also the elevator ALWAYS smells like piss it’s absolutely disgusting to use daily.

This management took over for River Rock Property Management company for my apartment building. They did a good job clearing out bad residents who continued to break their lease agreements or disrupt the peace. With that being said, there was an incident in which the sprinklers went off on the second floor, flooding the floor and the floor below it where my apartment was located. This happened in April. One of the bedrooms of the apartment had to be gutted of parts of the wall and the carpet, so my room mate had to move her belongings from the room to my room and the living room, and slept on the couch. Our front entry was gutted as well, and our overhead light in the kitchen was removed. We didn’t see any work done in the apartment until late June. I emailed the property management team a
