The pool and other communal amenities make it a fun place to hang out with friends without even leaving home. Getting to campus is super simple, thanks to the quick commute. Redpoint is always so welcoming, and is your home away from home.

Living at Redpoint the past 2 years has been great. The maintenance team and office staff are very friendly and always on top of things. Management did a great job at communicating with the community whenever there was an important update or issue. The pool is definitely my favorite amenity here. Also, if you’re looking for an amazing view of the valley, this is the place to live.

So many attractive housing choices for college lifestyles...Red Point should be at the top of your list for consideration. Well maintained, excellent support staff and amenities that support healthy living, from a scenic walking trail, to a wide array of opportunities offered at the clubhouse and wow! what a beautiful pool! all ideally located within an easy access to the JMU campus.... a great fit for our special girl.

I absolutely love living here. Lots of amenities that are easy to access, pet friendly, tons of space, and I love the area to go on walks! I could not have chosen a better place to move to off-campus for the rest of my undergrad.

The units at Redpoint are roomy with large closets and common areas. The grounds are well maintained. Move in day is well organized. The pool is beautiful and maintained. Overall a great experience.
