I would give this place 0 stars if I could. First year moving In, and the place was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned at all for my move in day. Management doesn’t care and it’s hard to get in contact with anyone I do not recommend living here. Please run while you can. Reached out and left several messages to get in touch with a leasing manager or property manager. No luck. All staff in office are not trained and don’t know what they’re talking about. Will never renew my lease here. Place needs to be shut down. Update : Apt flooded, maintenance came 1 hour later

Redpoint truly deserves 0 stars. My experience living there was honestly very disappointing. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty and had visible damages. It clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned or inspected. I also submitted maintenance requests during my time there for issues that needed to be fixed, and they were never resolved because maintenance never came. It felt like concerns were just ignored. Safety was a huge issue as well. There were constant shootings and people breaking into cars in the apartment complex. The gates never worked, even though they advertise it as a gated community. After I moved out, I was charged for damage fees that I absolutely did not deserve. I sent videos and pictures the day I moved in that showed the exact same damages they charged me for, and it d

No response to a billing issue. Now they sent my account to collections for the small balance that I refused to pay. There was a billing error 11 months ago. A false charge for "damage" because my child had her own furniture on the balcony. She went to the office twice and they said they would remove the charge. I have since sent 6 emails, filled out numerous "contact us" forms, left at least 6 phone messages. Nothing. No response for 11 months. They have bots minding the chat and the phones. You cannot reach a person and they couldn't care less about any phone message you leave. I'm not certain anyone actually works here. I even contacted the BBB to help me resolve this and they did not respond to the BBB either.

If you respect yourself don’t live here. Everything is half ass maintained at best. Management may be bad but the residents aren’t much better. Every time I walk my dog there’s a new food someone threw on the ground for him to eat and for me to clean up later! All of the trash cans around the complex, especially the pet waste ones, are ALWAYS full. The trash people that are supposed to pick up my trash every weekday but Friday, come maybe once a week. “Security” likes to hide in random corners instead of securing, which is very obvious considering the amount of news reports coming from this area. Cherry on top is I had to pay a full months rent for August but wasn’t allowed to move in until the 16th. PS: Shoutout to the student employees who have to deal with everyone else complaining when

The first year I lived in the apartment was not bad at all! I actually enjoyed it and felt safe at my own home. Now I am terrified to get out of my car and walk up to my apartment due to all the crimes taken place here over the past month. They say they are fixing the gates, nothing happens. They charge you for random things and it takes a whole army to get in touch with someone, or get the problem resolved. It’s a beautiful complex, only if it was well taken care of, and unfortunately that is not the case. You might as well get someone into your apartment to fix a problem you have instead of requesting maintenance, they don’t know what they are doing. I had a leak from the ceiling a couple weeks ago and they intended to basically paint over the spot where the ceiling was leaking. The leak
