Hello Redondo, I don’t want to post these pictures on Google Reviews but I wanted everyone to be eyewitness , I’d like to ask for your help regarding the food bank. Could you please consider relocating the food bank or taking some steps to manage the traffic inside the complex? The situation has become very difficult — cars are parked all over the entry and exit areas, making it hard for residents to drive to college or work. I’ve seen several near-accidents recently, and it’s becoming a serious safety concern. Please take action to resolve this issue. Thank you for your understanding.

I’ve lived here a few years now and it’s gone further down hill than it was when I got here. Managements gets changed way too often and none of the teams are useful to any degree. Maintenance orders take forever to get done. There’s always a notice on the doors that they want to enter the premises for reasons that have nothing to do with safety concerns or the upkeep of the units but more so to be nosey but they refrain from visiting the units who have roaches and bedbugs cause they don’t want to have to face that issue. Ever since they put this food bank in it makes it difficult to pull in or out of the parking lot because everyone who comes in just parks wherever and blocks the entire way and none of the people know how to drive and get out of the way. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Honestly, do not rent here. The leasing office is a joke. Our toilet didn’t flush properly — the water just stayed there — and when I reported it, they said someone would come in two days. Two days later… nothing. I went back again, and they told me they’d put a paper on the wall for maintenance. Still no one came. It’s ridiculous. This is a basic living issue, and they acted like it wasn’t urgent at all. The apartments themselves are okay, but the management makes everything stressful and frustrating. If you want someone to actually take care of you when things break, go anywhere else.

I am not gonna lie but if you live in these apartments you know because every time you order something they are gonna go missing they even stole part of my bike now my son bike is useless and at night at my door homeless peoples knocking on your door say like your order is here but in reality just trying to get in also please please if you wanna be safe don’t rent these apartments for your own good

It doesn’t say on their website that it’s a AFFORDABLE LOW INCOME homes. So if you make a spit of $1k bi weekly, you’re overqualified. Apparently, you can’t have nice things when you can afford it. It’s bizarre how this Washington Apartment Regulations are set up as!!!
