Redmond Hill Apartments

I found Redmond Hill Apartments on Rent.com and fell in love with the layout of the property and the multiple apartment home options. These apartments have been beautifully maintained and my home has been updated with stainless steel appliances, digital locks, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. The property manager Stephen is extremely friendly and helpful. The rest of the office staff is also friendly and helpful. I had a minor maintenance request and it was scheduled for the same day. The walls and floors are insulated well because I rarely hear anything from my neighbors. I can’t say enough positive things about this community. I am so happy I chose this community to call home.

Love living here Been here for 6 years now and I am so happy to still be able to call this place home!! Barely hear the neighbors, or cars from the road. The maintenance crew is awesome and repairs are done very quickly and done very well!! There is plenty of parking and even have laundry rooms even though most of the apartments have their own machines. Redmond Hills apartments is a wonderful place to call home and hang your hat!!

Carlos Diaz and Hansel did a fantastic job! They solved all the issues efficiently and professionally. On top of that, they were incredibly kind, respectful, and easy to work with. It’s rare to find people who are not only great at what they do but also genuinely care about the experience they provide. Highly recommend them!

I've lived here since 2020, maintenance has improved a lot in recent years. I’m really happy with Redmond hill maintnace team they do a very Good Job , Carlos Diaz , Hansel toj and the rest of the team are really great. Thank you Redmond hill .

I have a lot on my mind about this place, but I'll TRY to be brief. I know there are lots of negative reviews about this place, and I really don't understand what they're talking about. It's like a gang of Karens decided to mass review bomb this place, and as someone who lives here with their partner, we haven't faced ANY of those issues they seem to be rambling about. Let me put the keywords in real quick so EVERYONE can see this: Lease - 5 stars. Management - 5 stars. Team - 5 stars. Pay - 5 stars. Kids - 5 stars. Tenant - 5 stars. Carpet - 5 stars. Noise - 5 stars. Charged - 5 stars. School - 5 stars. We moved in here on December 13th, 2024. My Mother's birthday, Dick Van Dyke's birthday, Taylor Swift's birthday, and Steve Buscemi's birthday - yeah, random, but it's an impo
