Their agent Mario Gonzalez left the wrong set of keys in the lockbox at my house and refused to return the correct set. Had to pay a locksmith $160 to open the house and replace all the locks so I can get in and out of my house again. Unbelievable negligence.
So many issues using Redfin to buy a home. I would not use them again.
