There seems to be a great deal of lack of communication in Georgia or maybe everywhere. If you not ready to sell (right now) they tend to not communicate or ignore your calls. I have bought and sold properties before in different states! I know the formalities of buying and selling a house. I will be the sole participant in selling and buying of my homes.

I use Redfin for my first time home buying experience and I'm glad I did because now I can move better and smarter going forward. My Redfin agent was either working for the seller or just not listening to me as the buyer. My agent in the finance agent also got into it multiple times. I put down my earnest money and because of the back and forth with the realtor in the finance agent deadline were missed and I had to fight with both of them just to get my earnest money back.
