Redfield Village Apartments

The maintenance staff here are extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping or addressing issues politely, they act like you’re inconveniencing them. They have no attitude and no respect for the people who stays here especially THEO. He’s so rude. Can’t even talk nicely to people. He provide false information and can’t even speak English. It’s important for a maintenance to be able to communicate to the people politely and respectfully. He really bothers most of the people who lives here. He even threatening me to destroy my E-Bike because i park my E-Bike in the backyard WITH THE ROPES ON AND LOCKED). If there’s a regulation about it ATLEAST talk nicely. Teach that dude an attitude. We won’t feel comfortable with these conditions especially that dude THEO.

Terrible place to live in, never any parking, people will park anywhere, even in the middle of the road, lady who apparently is a cop and also works for the apartments called joyce if that's even her name is super rude. Infested with roaches, and the maintenance guys will go inside your home with no warning. I can keep going but they really need to improve with their parking, they say you can't have more than one car but i've seen people with 3 cars or more

The worst place of management, there is no privacy here. The maintenance person came and entered without prior notice. There are many cockroaches and mouse and the building is very old

We've been here over 2 years. The apartments are very old and everything is over painted lol. I had a weird run in with maintenance but we are good now. I've dealt with the management company and have only good things to say about that. It's all in your attitude. They don't do credit checks, only background checks which is why these apartments fill fast. We like living here. Def get a second floor apartment or you'll hear so much noise from the upstairs apartment. Recently our kitchen sink backed up, I called maintenance and they were there the next morning and took care of it. If you dont like it here, move out. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. The apartments OK! they don’t check your credit which is a good thing, safe area , affordable! but if you have a problem you can’t rely on Maintenance because all they care about is cleaning the outside of the apartment if you have a maintenance issue they’ll just come whenever they feel like it Or they won’t come at all and no emergency maintenance only from 7:30 -4:00 that’s it after that or before that they don’t answer the phone!
