We were signed up with Redefy by Mike Dingman who made promises to us that were denied after we had a contract. As soon as we signed we were handed over to Shirley Nichols who was very lazy in everything she did. She was never proactive unless we asked her to do something. After initial contacts with the few agents that showed our home, we have no clue as to what happened after. Shirley did nothing to find out why those people went with another home. As for keeping up with the market we live in, she did not have a clue nor did she seem to want to learn anything about the neighborhood. We had to keep her informed about the homes in our area we were competing with. And with the few times we spoke with her, she may have listened, but never heard what we had to say.
