My daughter and her daughter lived at the building at 920 Mulberry Street in Westlake and the roof leaked causing the walls in my granddaughter room to leak and the walls bucked up in there. There was mold developing in certain areas of the apartment. When she was moving out the maintenance guy who woked there went in her unit and was stealing her personal things, we caught him when we returned. He hid the items on the side of his truck. The owner Mat Redd is the son of the devil, he is a pitiful slum lord. Please don't rent from him. Also they make up all kinds of late fees they put on you my daughter was charged over $1,300 for one month for the rent, late fees and eviction. And they kept $550 deposit. Sorry. Sorry Sorry man.
