If you're looking for a new apartment Redd44 is an excellent choice! Talk to Taylor! She is incredibly helpful and very kind. The building is beautiful, clean and well maintained. It's in a very safe neighborhood and super close to many dining and shopping establishments. Thanks again Taylor for all your help!

I’m moving from out of state and Gabriella has been incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth! Not only did she answer all of my (many!) questions, but she also took the time to help me research school districts and gave me a lot of helpful information about the area in general. Gabriella truly made me feel welcomed and I’m hopeful I’ll be able to sign a lease at Red44!

Amazing apartment with tons of amazing amenities. It is managed very well, and maintenance is always completed promptly if need be requested. It is also in a good location, surrounded by grocery stores and places to eat and shop. Everyone is friendly and outgoing, so you should have no problem establishing a community within the apartment. It was an amazing experience for us as we lived there.

Living at the Red44 Apartments building in Rochester, MN, will forever be one of the happiest times in my life. All those who wander are not lost, after all. Following my contracted employment opportunities around the globe and, post-COVID, around the U.S., I can unequivocably rate it as the best place I've ever lived. Here's a list of why I write that: common areas for relaxation and socialization; happy people socialized and became a community, which we did and still do communicate with each other; big-screen t.v.'s both upstairs and down in the common areas; the manager (Gabriella) = What a kind and honest communicator she is. I currently live here and have very few complaints. Kim and Andy have been awesome to work with and my neighbors are super friendly. When I got a puppy they were extremely welcoming and spoil him like he is their own puppy. The pool in the summertime is everything! I can float and read my book and no one bothers me. It is the perfect spot to relax after a long night of work. The apartments are well laid out and secure. I never hear my neighbors.
