Red Rooster Property Management has been managing my rental home for the past few years. The service that I have received has been top-notch. Unlike other larger property management companies all of my correspondence as been with the Owner, Eric. He has always been professional, responsive and fair. His financial reporting is timely each month and he has good control over his vendors as I have found the estimates to be reasonable and the workmanship to be excellent. Eric’s attention to detail has given me peace of mind I haven't had with other property management companies I’ve used in the past...likely because he pays close attention to what is going on. Eric keeps his eye on everything. My Tenants are happy and pay rent on time. I’m happy too. Eric stays abreast of current property man

We rented a property managed by Eric from May of 2020 until May of 2025. Any time we had an issue, Eric handled it very quickly and professionally. From plumbing issues, to AC repairs, to irrigation issues, most things were always handled within a day or 2. His follow up and communication was always excellent. I feel that he treated us very fairly during our time and we cannot thank him and the owners enough.

Eric treats you like family some issues he come out and assist himself. Any repair issues someone usually comes out the same day or they give you 1-5 scheduled service appointments that would best work out for you. Five star property manager!!
