Red Rock HOA Management

I cannot say enough good things about Red Rock. They have helped our community thrive and get things done. As a Board Member for our community, I can say that the communication is amazing. The portal for the residents and technology is great and customer service is top notch. When issues come up, they are dealt with immediately and professionally. I would recommend highly to anyone that is looking for a Management Company for their community.

This morning I noticed in my checking account that Red Rocks Property Management charged me twice for my HOA fees in January and February. The first one was on January 5th for $318.64 and then again for $318,64. They just did it again in February on the 3rd and 4th. On the portal it is only showing one payment per month that was autopay. When I called they told me on their end they are only seeing one autopay per month and told me that they can't get to it today and need to research it. Check your bank accounts if you do autopay. I have been doing autopay with them for years and never had a problem until now. Trying to get things resolved with Red Rocks is always a difficult process. It is even more difficult to get a live person on the phone when you call them with a problem.

We were a self managed HOA community until April 2025. Then we switched to Red Rock and it has been a huge benefit for our neighborhood. John is our property manager and has been very helpful in getting our neighborhood on the right track to being the best version of ourselves. We have room to grow and improve still but we know John and Red Rock will be there to help us navigate the growth.

Red Rock is the first property management company in the area that has actually been USEFUL. I can't speak for the entire company, but John is FANTASTIC! He is responsive, thorough, and very professional. Super grateful!

I want my star back. We live in Sugar Creek and at first I thought it was discrimination bc of the address but did more research and they are HORRIBLE all around. We live in the Nevins community and have decided to take matters into our own hands. 2025 will bring news outlets, city violations reported and more until this HOA does something or the owning company switches them. There are holes on the pavement where cars can break while driving ( filled with rock instead of repaired!)an old swimming pool infested with moldy water and dead landscaping around it, owners allowed to rent out their townhomes bringing in fighting neighbors, weed smoking out in the open (infront of children never the less) broken down cars parked in spaces us owners can use!!! When will this HOA start taking care of
