Red River Ranch Apartments

I lived here for two years and never had any issues. It’s a great place to live with a low-key chill vibe. My apartment never had any issues so I can’t comment on the work orders and maintenance. I also didn’t go to the pool often but it was nice and clean when I did. I loved going for jogs in the evening around the trail that connects to the other apartments and so did others. The gym could use some upgrades but again they had the necessary stuff. Overall I’d recommend this place and have good memories there.

Very nice apartments but geeesshh if you live on the 3rd or 4th floor, you need to be in shape because it will let you know how out of shape you are. Other than that, great view, no issues, and very well kept.

Red River Ranch is an impressive, comfortable community. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the maintenance team solves problems effectively.

Two stars only because I felt the maintenance men worked well with the resources and time they had and the office staff were nice. I moved out of this complex at the end of 2023, I lived in bldg 3 on the 3rd floor. I moved there in 2019 and it was fine my first 1.5 yrs. Then I started to have an issue with roaches. It never got better it got worse. No matter how many times pest control would come. I had to spend my own money to try and resolve the issue with no luck. It took me having to contact the Better Business Bureau and complain that I wasn't receiving adequate attention to the pest problem. The mgr contacted me and had me speak with the mgr of the pest control company they used to inform me of their plan for resolve. Some things were done, but I still had roaches. The situation hone

If I could give 0 stars I would this has been the worst business experience I’ve had renting an apartment. I picked up my key a day early and went and saw unit 1333 upon the walk through I noticed a roach infestation I went immediately to the office and made Nadia aware of the condition and that I would not be moving in. She stated that pest control was coming that afternoon so I returned that night and noticed more roaches in the cabinet along with roach eggs. I sent an email with the video attached. On Saturday the 12 of July I came in to surrender the keys Nadia stated that she had a unit in building 2 with new appliances after she did her walk through she returned and stated that she was not comfortable renting me that unit either I then requested a full refund.
