We have nothing but great things to say about Red River Management. We sold our home and wanted to rent for a few years until we found a home just right for our family. They have made renting so simple and stress free. They have a resident app that you can pay rent through and place maintenance requests. They are great at answering your maintenance requests in a timely manner and communicate with the tenant on what day or time would work best. They don't just show up unannounced. The place is built well, gorgeous accents to make it feel very homey. The move-in process was so easy and they went above and beyond to make sure nothing was missed during inspection. My husband and I moved in to a Red River Management property in late July of this year and have absolutely loved our place and the management team. From the very beginning, when we received a tour to the time we've moved in, Red River Management has been one of the best managements we've experienced! They are attentive, honest, and are quick to reply and communicate with their tenants. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone :)

I moved in to a Red River Management Property in July 2023. Since moving in, I have had nothing but a great experience with both Tressa and the maintenance team. They are quick to respond to questions/ work orders and they are very friendly to work with. I would recommend Red River Management over other management companies in the F/M area.
