Was just told Everyone should have a Home inspection.But of coarse it was never mentioned.And we didn't know.So everyone...don't let her just talk you into buying a place!She is a smooth talker.Thats what makes her good at selling.But Buyer beware as they say.Just hope we can sell our home with the piers the way they are.Hint,hint! Just a heads up.Get an inspection.Wish we had known too.
