I just wanted to share that even though we had some mix ups and a little miscommunication, this team was outstanding. They made me feel at home when I came in and they helped me with all my questions, the process was overall really good. They are caring and they listen and that to me is worth it all. I recommend them to anyone looking for a professional place to find your home as well as a place that makes you feel at home and welcomed and safe with the process. They went over every detail of the lease and I just love their saying "ask permission before needing forgiveness" I'm going to use that with my kids! Lol I felt safe and secure and that I made the right decision going through this company for my rental needs. Big thanks to Samala, Gabriella, and Amanda! You gals are the best!

This had to be the funniest & best first impression / interaction face-to-face meeting ever in the history of my career. I got a chance to met both of the owners and they’re 3 amazing staff members last week. I could tell that these ladies get stuff done in a no nonsense kind of way & kept the conversation upbeat & direct. What a great time we had talking about how they manage over 400 residential properties & they love their clients. They are a one stop shop for all your property management needs & they all have fun doing their job. I cannot give enough stars for Red Door! I found them while looking for a new home on Facebook Marketplace and initially looked at a smaller unit but then went on their website and found the one we ended up moving into. The pricing was great, the apartment is wonderful and the ladies in the office are so attentive and friendly. I have a 3 year old daughter who had to come with my husband and I to sign our lease paperwork and Miss Gabby played with her for upwards of an hour and my little one still talks about her to this day! Helana and Amanda are both so personable and really walk you through the entire process of what you're signing and why and what you're paying for and why as well. Red Door Investment took over when the properties were in rough shape, and I’m amazed at how quickly they were able to stabilize everything and get them performing consistently again.
