We went to Red Door just to get a comparison of what a real house built would be as opposed to a manufactured or modular house.  We found out over spending several hours with this wonderful salesperson Jessica Smith, that it really wasn't that much more money over the life of the home to have a sturdy well built home versus a modular home of excellent quality. We went to them with a vision after looking at several floor plans on their website. The process has been very detailed and lengthy. Unfortunately, we didn't get the line item price at the time when we were adding things that we would like to have in the home so the first go round, we're just given a total price..... Can’t say enough about Red Door Homes. I never thought that building a house could be such an amazing experience. From the moment we walked into the show room that we met with Lori everything has been nothing but delightful. The quality of work, the communication from the portal with pictures and updates it’s outstanding. We’re still in the process of construction and the progress has been amazing. The team is always there to answer any questions or concerns. Can’t thank you all enough for doing such a fenomenal job. Best is yet to come! 😃 Can’t wait to move in into my beautiful, cozy new home. Tug was there from the very beginning …from helping to clear the land all the way through to the final walk through. Tug and his very talented crew took our vision and created this Beautiful Home that has Truly stood the test of time. I can personally Highly Recommend Tug Huddleston.
