I am super grateful for Stephanie and Armen. Giving me and my Fiancée an amazing first home rental experience. I’m torn by the Reviews for I notice the reviews were complaining over things they can’t control. But the things that they could control have been handled with ease and communication. Yes, they are Closed during the weekends But once they’re open, they respond to every message I have made. If you try reaching out to a location while they’re closed and you’re upset that they didn’t answer that that’s on you.. their customer service is positive and patient. We are looking forward to this new chapter in our lives thanks to Red Curb Investments.

Everything is good until you sign the lease agreement, can't get a hold of no one, I had call over 30 times and nothing, I sent emails. and no response, worse management company

Not even their contact number it's a fax machine. I had a complaint against the manager and they kept sending me to his voicemail. That does some good right, lets complain about the guy on his voicemail so he can erase it. Manager has no managerial skills let alone any people skills. He is onsite but if you have a problem he tells you to fix it yourself or to call the maintenance line which does absolutely nothing. Call the owner of the property, Mike, left a message and have had no response back. They are shady and lack any qualities of a good property management company. Yet they state on their website that communication with their tenants is what sets them apart from everyone else.....ha! I have been a tenant for 3 years. I have had ENOUGH! They raise the rent all the time yet can’t fix anything properly everything is done Mickey Mouse! You pay so much rent and can’t even have hot water ever winter the hot water turns off and they don’t treat it as an emergency! I have 3 kids myself and my husband and we have to boil water in order for my kids to have warm water and to top it off you call them and they get offended as if we are in the wrong! I have so many complaints about this place but not having the basic necessities is ridiculous we don’t live in the projects yet we are living worse then!

Been living there for over 5yrs. I stayed in apt 203 then moved in apt 204 which is a 3 bedroom. The place and location is really nice. The neighbors are sweet in the unit. Maverick the apt manager was always on top of things when ever I called him. The office managment From Abraham, Arman And Mike you guys are Great! Never had any issues. Thanks for your service!
