Mr. Ronald was very professional and thorough. From the moment we met he was understanding, unfortunately we were unable to find a babysitter and had to bring our VERY busy 2 yr old. Even though our child was very curious he never made us feel as though we or he was in his way. Even spoke to our child like he was going to understand what he was doing. It made us feel so comfortable just to be there period. He understood our concerns and made our worries as 1st time home buyers go away.
