Reconnect Real Estate

Person touring apartments basically leaned against the wall while I looked around. Didn’t seem very knowledgeable of the property or happy to help. One of the properties I toured with had door handles falling off. I spent $65 on the application, but I still haven’t heard if I’ve gotten approved. It’s been 3 weeks, so I just moved on. Poor communication and apparently difficult to get application approved even though I have pay stubs, rental history, etc.

Not a good experience. We applied for a house over 3 weeks ago. This cost us $130. When we reached out to find out about our application we were told they couldn’t verify any of our previous living history. When we provided all information we were told we would hear back about a decision. I finally called to get answers because we were never reached out to. This time we were told they had went with someone else and were waiting for them to finalize their payments. This was highly unprofessional. If our application was not considered we should have been made aware. We wasted our time and money thinking we would move forward. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks I reached out. Had I not, I doubt we would’ve never heard anything from these people.

We lived at a Reconnect property for 2 years. They were very responsive to any of our requests for repairs/maintenance. Rent was reasonably priced and they didn't hike it up when we signed for another year. Overall great experience renting from them.

It was wonderful to meet David and see the property. He answered all of my questions and made me feel secure in my decision. Overall trustworthy and honest management. Great experience!
