Our experience with RealWise Property Management has been great. The location of the property that we rented, is on a dead-end street, therefore convenient enough even for children to play outside. Our special thanks to Gerry, who we will certainly miss, has been wonderful, pleasant and easy to talk with since day one which made her a pleasure to work with throughout the rental process.

I've been really happy with my first 6 months renting at a RealWise property. Compared to other property management companies I've worked with. Gerry, the property manager is just a pleasure to interact with. When the weather turned cold and I found one of my heaters wasn't working, I put in a request online and it was repaired within a few business days. Brian was awesome, friendly, and courteous. He made the repair really quickly and did an awesome job. I feel grateful to be so well cared-for at a Real-Wise Property!

I had a leak in my laundry room, and Aaron came to the rescue. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly found the source of the leak, explained the issue in simple terms, and got to work right away. Aaron handled the repair efficiently and made sure everything was done properly. He even left the area clean when he was finished! If I ever have another maintenance request, please send Aaron again!!
