I love the apartment, it is a shame that the office staff don't respect the professional relationship between the tenants and themselves. Miss-scheduled or entirely unscheduled maintenance showing up inside of our unit without announcement, and problematic language from members of the office staff directed at my fiance have confirmed that we likely will not resign a lease with this office ever again. The individuals that work maintenance do the best they can with what they're given so none of my issues stem from any of them directly.

I agree with Bret wigman, this Realty world try their best to make money from tenants. My friend lived there , and after his contract, he find a new tenant, while, the rooms are dirty when I moved here. I paid hundreds for the security deposit. I paid for the rent on time, After my contract, I also helped them to find a new tenant, I cleaned everywhere, it looks better than when I moved into. While they charged me half of my security deposit. Suck it. Why can’t I give 0 star If you know The woodman and serpent, yes , they are serpent.

Called for professional assistance and you could tell the person on the other side of the phone had 0 % interest in her job. I was cut off rudely when responding to asked questions.
