My experience with Krol group was fantastic! They advertised and listed my property so well that I sold it in one day. I had 5 offers right away and sold well over the asking price. My agent was very knowledgeable and experienced. We closed within 30 days with no problems. I would recommend Krol group to anyone interested in selling their property.

BUYERS BEWARE...Do not use this ignorant, non professional, unethical, non responsive extremely rude person who calls himself a realtor/broker. We put in a very fair offer on a vacant property 12 days ago. During this time we where told there where NO other offers. We immediately submitted our offer. We agreeded to the counter offer, supplied everything seller asked for within hours ect...After 4 days of waiting for final signatures we where told seller was moving back in and needed a later closing date which would not work for us but we where willing to work something out...this put me in a very difficult place as I had no where to go for 2 months, no to mention the extra expenses of moving twice and storage on me.
