I had gotten in contact with Joyce to see about selling a piece of property. She said oh yes I'll send over the contract, sign it and we will get started. Then she called back saying we had no legal access to the property (that is in a neighborhood on a county maintained road like the rest of this neighborhood). So I called the property appraiser, the public works driveway inspectors, and the Walton County planning department. They all did research on her "knowledge" about the road to the West of us owning the land all the way across the county maintained road to our property line, called me back agree I have legal access. The planner said that my property is a legal platted neighborhood with all legal access. So instead of making up wild lies, and talking bad about the people I bought it
