Just completed the move out process and I was expecting it to be a disaster. However, to my surprise it was quickest, easiest move out process that I have experienced in years. Ram was on top of everything and quick to answer any of my questions. I even had pleasant conversations with Irv from maintenance who tried his best to iron out all repairs and inspections needed. As we all know, moving is stressful, but Ram and Irv made the process easier by just being friendly and responsive. If you get a chance to rent from this management company you won't be disappointed.
