Shanon and her team at Realty Shop and Property Management were great. I started renting my house with them on November 1, 2016 and most recently sold the property in May of 2025. To best summarize my experience with the Shanon and her team, I would say that they are very informative, easy to work with and headache free! My property was rented out consistently over my 9+ years with them, and when I was ready to sell, the process was seamless. If/when I ever own another property in the Jacksonville, NC area, I will be sure to reach out to them first. I would not recommend anyone else.

My husband and I are relocating all the way from WV in a very short period. It has been so hard finding a solid home virtually, but not with Realty Shop!! Michael was such an amazing help with getting our application processed and approved by the owner within hours, he even called us right at the end of the business day to tell us everything went through because he didn’t want us having to wait a 3 day weekend for an answer! He also set us up with Sheri for our tour virtually. She went out of her way to even set us up on her dashboard to show the drive from our home to the nearest Walmart, gas station, etc. it was such a seamless and wonderful process. She FaceTime toured the property for us then sent detailed videos of every room. We are so glad we ended up with this group for our new hom

My experience working with Shannon and Lisa at Realty shop and Property Management has been more than I could ask for. They found me the best tenant I could have wished for. My house was well taken care of with no problems during the whole time it was rented. Shannon and Lisa are very responsive to phone calls. I would recommend them to everyone.

I’ve recently applied for a property with Realty Shop and Property Management and what a fantastic experience. Micheal Matthews was phenomenal. Helped me with everything and walked me through the process which was not overwhelming what so ever. He actually cared and did his best to help all he could! I’m so happy and thankful! Sometimes you meet people and they don’t only do a job , they do a job because they love people and love what they do!
