I have waited 3 years for a 2 bedroom apartment to be assigned to me, because at the time of moving Mr. Taylor supposedly put a note that to date does not appear, where he specified that we would rent a one bedroom apartment until there were availability of two, it was two have vacated and according to Daniel Doody he cannot transfer us, without giving an explanation, the options that he gives us is to look for a person to rent our apartment or to move and continue paying the rent we live in until it is rented. I can see why this real estate has 2 stars for the service, because they are really irrational and do not help the tenant in any way.

Been having issues after leaving LeFrak 6 months ago. They still have my information on file, there's no proper communication nor proper updating of tenant information. Now I have a tax form attached to my SSN and I don't even live there anymore. Should have expected issues with them since I've had issues with management while living there.

I've been having the worse experience with this company. They have been giving me the run around with a security check that they owe me. This all started well before the Cornavirus and they tried using that as an excuse to why I haven't received my check. I was told it was mailed out and it's been over a week and I have still receive nothing. And to top it off they originally sent it to the address I had just moved out of after I spoke to someone and told them I was goin to pick it up in person. What sense it made for them to mail it to where I no longer lived made no sense to me. And here we are almost 2 months later and still no check. And now Ms. Guzman doesn't answer my emails.

Extremely unprofessional broker by name of Jennifer scheduled appointment for us to see unit and told us super will be waiting for us at designated time and no one showed up: we tried to text her numerous times and she ignored us! Disgusting appalling behavior. Needless to say we won’t be renting from this management company!

Customer Service Is A1, So are the drivers.
