We inherited a home out of state from us in Chama NM as an estate that had been listed for months (& years prior) with other local agents. It was a difficult listing with a lot of objections and just wasn't selling. I called Kim Hise with Realty One out of the clear blue and I am so glad I did. She agreed to take the listing, knowing even more about the home and its history than we did.
