The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. I was having issues my ACH payments for monthly HOA's and they were able to troubleshoot and get me setup on reoccurring payments. Everytime I call in, they return my call with updates and this is NOT common with other property management companies. Very pleased with their customer service.

My experience was not so good. The address I lived at was 3435 Cornhusker Dr. First red flag was they didn’t and still don’t have maintenance men. They rent workers from a different company. Kaylene, asked me do I know how to put up lights, smoke alarms, & if I knew someone who could put on a screen door?? Also, there was a garage door opener that was not programmed. I was asked to YouTube a video to program the device. Which the only thing that was completed was the kitchen light, but the old fixture left for us to throw away. We were promised curtains that we never received the entire time we lived there. They were ready for a family to move in without having everything in place for a new resident.
