I worked with this group to purchase property in the Charlotte area and through incompetence or intentional misrepresentation, I lost my earnest money to a seller. I'm not sure if Keisha Moss has much experience with SC real estate transactions, but she admittedly told me she "forgot South Carolina rules are different." When I contacted Barry Aldridge about my concerns, he tried to shift the blame on the seller without taking any responsibility for his broker's actions.
