I selected this realtor after careful consideration - and I'm glad I did! Dan W. was excellent. His attention to detail, prompt replies, and thorough approach paid off very well! While I understand that not all people may have the same final results, Dan led me to the best buyers possible for the sale of my home. Not only did I receive a bit more than asking price, but the house sold it less than one day! I would highly recommend this group to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

My house closed yesterday and I had a fantastic experience with Tyler's Realty One group and his team members. Tyler has a whole team and they would accommodate your viewing times. Every single team member who showed us properties was extremely friendly, professional, and patient. They were always there early, and answer any questions you might have. Tyler always gets back to you with text messages promptly and answer questions. His team showed us different houses last year but was very patient even though the first house did not go through as I had hoped. But I am excited about the house we purchased yesterday. Tyler knows the market and does his research so that when he delivered his initial presentation, I was convinced beyond any doubt that he was the realtor I wanted to work with. His photographer took professional photos, not cell phone pics, and made the house look fantastic. Realty One truly is the bar. The process was not much different than other competitors. You call, set up a viewing, view the house, ask questions, rinse and repeat until you make an offer, or an offer has been made. The bar being set is the attention the agents give the clients, the extra work they are willing to put in to meet the clients needs, answer questions, or even going above and beyond to research and obtain estimations, or to put you in contact with the right people. This is not a company that says "figure it out" this is a company that says "let's figure it out". And if it doesn't have Warren Buffet sweating, his AC bill must be through the roof.
