⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Rental Experience This review reflects my personal experience working with Anjhara Naydil Limonta Espinosa (License #3582401) from Realty One Group Evolution. I have rented homes for over 20 years, and this experience was unlike any I have had before. During the rental process, I was asked to meet requirements that I personally found unusual and excessive compared to prior rental transactions. One example was being asked to show $16,000 in a bank account before an offer would even be submitted to the homeowner. In my past experiences, I have never been required to provide this level of proof simply to submit an offer. When I explained that I could not meet that specific requirement, I felt discouraged rather than guided. I asked if there was an alternative,
