In late 2021, Mr. Potter, provided an addendum to our contract that revealed an in-ground oil tank on the property in Central Park, a few days prior to closing. He did not tell me the details of the addendum, only to look it over electronically sign it and return it. This was after I had arranged for a property inspector and booked a flight. After telling him that I was no longer interested he continued to rapid fire text me with sales tactics. I must have told him "No." a dozen times before he finally stopped attempting to close the deal.
