If you are considering renting from Realty Management Associates (RMA) or hiring them to manage your property, don’t. This was by far the worst rental experience I’ve had, entirely due to how the property was managed and how RMA treated me throughout the tenancy and after move-out. I initially read the negative reviews and, like some others, assumed they were written by difficult tenants. I now know that assumption was wrong. My experience closely matched those reviews. From the beginning, RMA made even basic issues unnecessarily difficult to resolve, dismissed legitimate maintenance requests, and repeatedly pushed responsibility onto the tenant for problems that should have been addressed before move-in. We bought a rental home in Boise back in September and after interviewing 4-5 property management companies, we decided to go with RMA. Best decision we made! We currently do not live in Idaho and there were several items that needed to be addressed before we could rent which was very daunting. We needed new carpet, wall repairs, painting of the entire inside of this 1900sq house and many house maintenance items both inside and out. RMA had those items completed AND the house rented in five weeks! And we are very happy with the results. RMA, especially, DaNay, are fantastic to work with and great with communication. She always speaks so highly of her team, the ownership and the company, and recently my husband and I got to experience their service firsthand. Having this group as our property management has been a great experience. After moving in, there were several things we wanted fixed and they got technicians out as soon as it was convenient for us and they did a great job communicating throughout the process and getting the issues fixed quickly!

We have been renting a home that is managed by realty management associates for 3 years now, they have been super kind and professional. Always quick to get any maintenance issues taken care of, and i mean QUICK! Our garage door broke, we sent a request in late at night and they had someone out the next morning to look at it and get it fixed. We wanted to add a pet to our lease agreement and they reached out to the owners for us to get our cat approved since originally they said no cats. They really go above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of.
