Unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was working with Eddie Safdie who rescheduled the showing of a property multiple times. When we landed on a showing time I showed up and he was no where to be found. I called him (I had to google his number because he wouldn’t share it with me) and he said he’d be there in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I called him again and said he was in a meeting and that he wasn’t going to show. There was someone else there to view the property as well so I’m fairly certain this is a common occurrence.

Very unprofessional company to deal with. The realtor had an attitude problem and acted like it was an issue to show us the apartment. He was unresponsive and didn’t follow through with what he said he would.

This place is a scam they tell you the available apt you see is ready to move in make yppu do an application for each individual person in the household for $100 fee each ..take your money right away do not do any credit check etc and the very next day tell you the apt has been taken..they take your money right put your pocket give u hope while they phil their pockets up ...for who ever sees this on Craigslist and other apt finding websites do not do it they are frauds

Attention all contractors the owners of this business are scum (basically slum lords) who refused to pay 100$ bill over a miscommunication the building I looked at is a construction nightmare don’t bother with them

Owners are real scammers they will screw you out of money any chance they get
